Cílem práce je zmapování úrovně společenské odpovědnosti v konkrétních organizacích různých oborů, včetně neziskového sektoru. Práce přináší také analýzu povědomosti obyvatel Kladna o pojmu společenská odpovědnost firem. Průzkum zahrnuje také vzorek studentů. Práce hodnotí úroveň společenské odpovědnosti, srovnává výsledky s výsledky celorepublikového průzkumu, identifikuje slabá místa a podává doporučení pro zlepšení společenské odpovědnosti na Kladensku. The aim of diploma thesis is to identify the level of corporate social responsibilty in the specific organizations from different branches including non-profit organizations. The thesis also involves an analysis of inhabitans' consciousness about corporate social responsibility. The research includes also a sample of students. This thesis evaluates the level of corporate social responsibility, compares results with results of whole Czech Republic research, identifies weaknesses and offers recommendations for improvement of corporate social responsibility at Kladno region.
