Teoretická část bakalářské práce popisuje základní principy při správě a řízení sportovní organizace a způsob její praktické aplikace. V konkrétním sportovním klubu je provedena analýza, čím je v klubu správa a řízení určována a kdo a jakým způsobem ji zajišťuje. Výsledkem je zhodnocení a doporučení pro zlepšení správy a řízení. Theoretical part of bachelor work describes basic principles of management and organisation in sport organisation and the way of its practical application. In chosen football club is analyzed what is determining for management and organisation, who ensure it and how. The result is rating and suggestions to improve management and organisation of chosen football club.
