Předmětem projektu byl výzkum a vývoj vícekolíkového elektrického vakuového konektoru. Výsledkem projektu byl návrh uspořádání konektoru a technologie výroby skleněných zátavů, který vyústil v realizaci ověřovací série. Tyto realizované konektory byly úspěšně testovány. Pro projekt byla nutnost řešit silný vliv některých technologických kroků na výsledné parametry skleněných zátavů. Návrh i technologii bylo tedy nutné pakovaně modifikovat. Výsledky projektu byly shrnuty ve výzkumné zprávě. The subject of the project was research and development of the multipin electric vacuum feedthrough. The outcome of the project was design layout of the feedthrough and the technology to produce glass seals, resulting in realization of test series. These produced feedthroughs were successfully tested. The need to solve strong influence of some technological steps on final parameters of glass seals. So it was necessary to repeatedly modify both the design and the technology. The results of the project were summarized in the research report.
