cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] Licenční poplatek z výroby a prodeje elektronové svářečky MEBW-60/2, jejíž výzkum a vývoj probíhal v ÚPT letech 2006 až 2008. Zařízení je výrazně zdokonalenou verzí elektronové svářečky vyvinuté v ÚPT během minulých dvaceti let. Disponuje pracovní komorou o objemu 7 litrů, elektronovou tryskou s urychlovacím napětím do 60 kV. License fee from production and sales of the electron beam welder MEBW-60/2, which research and development was conducted at ISI in years 2006-2008. The device is significantly upgraded version of the electron beam welder developed at ISI during past 20 years. It features a working chamber with volume of 7 liters, an electron gun with accelerating voltage of 60 kV. The beam power is fluently adjustable up to 2 kW. For movement of the welded pieces it is possible to use 2-axis motorized manipulator. The control of the welder is fully digital and all functions are available to user through movable control panel. The device includes work table with work area large enough for needed preparatory work. Spatial arrangement is variable so it allows customization in place of installation.
