Posouzení a analýza spektrálních vlastností systému tenkých vrstev a výzkum a modelování možností realizace optických vrstev pro komponenty optických přístrojů splňujících zadané spektrální vlastnosti a následné ověření teoretických úvah depozicí vzorků metodou napařování elektronovým svazkem a ověření reprodukovatelnosti. Analysis of spectral properties of thin layer coatings and a feasibility study to determine the possibility of production of filters with desired spectral properties. Subsequent verification of the theoretical modelling by thin layer coating production by means of electron beam evaporation and verification of reproducibility. In particular various broadband AR coatings, broadband mirrors and beamsplitters are studied.
