Byla vypracována metodika preparace a zobrazení prášků ve vysokorozlišovacím SEM bez nutnosti pokovení (tj. bez ztráty informace o reliéfu a jejich skutečné velikosti) a dále metodika pro chemickou analýzu jednotlivých zrn prášků ze zorných polí širokých až několik centimetrů. It was developed and tested a methodology for imaging of organic and inorganic nanoparticles for pharmaceutical industry in STEM mode with very high resolution below 1 nm at low energies of incident electrons. A methodology EDX analysis of the nanoparticles on the TEM grids was worked out.
