Sledování podílu genů arabského koně v populaci haflinga v ČR

[cze][eng] Cílem diplomové práce bylo zhodnocení doložených předků a stanovení podílů genů arabských koní z rodokmenů haflingů. Podkladovou databázi tvořilo 1094 haflingů. Z toho koní zařazených do chovu je 679koní (38 hřebců a 641 klisen), zbytek 415 koní (251 klisen a 164 hřebců) tvoří mladí koně do 6 let věku, kteří dosud do chovu nebyli zařazeni. Z výsledků se tvořily tabulky a grafy a hodnotily se jednotlivé skupiny koní (hřebci, klisny, mladí koně) Ke statistickému zpracování výsledků se využilo statistického programu UNISTAT verze 6.0. Byla použita lineární regrese, kde jako hodnota závislá byl rok narození a zařazení koně do chovu, hodnota proměnná byly počty předků a %OX. Hodnotilo se, zda rok narození, či zařazení koně do chovu má vliv na zvyšování či snižování počtu doložených předků či %OX. Dle statistického zpracování je patrné, že má vysoce průkazný vliv (P<0,05) rok narození i rok zařazení do chovu na počet doložených předků. Z výsledků pro rok narození je koeficient navýšení předků každým rokem u skupiny klisen o 1,75předka, u hřebců o 1,38 a u mladých koní o 1,96předka. Z chovatelského hlediska je pro nás důležitější rok zařazení do chovu, zde bylo zjištěno, že se průměrně každým rokem v chovné populaci navýší počet doložených předků do šesté generace u klisen o 1,80 předka u hřebců o 2,23 předka. Statistické zpracování u klisen na %OX nemá průkazný vliv. Je však patrné, že se %OX v chovu klisen snižuje. U hřebců má dle statistického zpracování průkazný vliv na %OX pouze rok zařazení (P<0,05). Koeficient vyšel v záporném čísle, což znamená, že se nám každým rokem sníží podíl genů arabských koní o 0,15%OX. U mladých koní je vysoce průkazný vliv na %OX při hodnocení roku narození koní, bylo zjištěno, že se průměrně každým rokem v populaci mladých koní sníží podíl genů arabských koní, a to o 0,22%OX. Z uvedených výsledků je patrná chovatelská práce s efektivním vlivem na chov. Procenta OX se v populaci každým rokem snižují a počet doložených předků se zvyšuje.The aim of this thesis was an analysis of documented ancestors and determination of the proportion of Arabian genes from Haflinger pedigrees. The underlying database consisted of 1094 Haflingers. Thereof 679 horses that began breeding (38 stallions and 641 mares), the rest 415 horses (251 mares and 164 stallions) are young horses under 6 years of age who have not begun breeding yet. Tables and graphs were formed from the results and different groups of horses (stallions, mares, young horses) were analyzed. The statistical program UNISTAT version 6.0 was used for statistical processing of results. Linear regression was used, the year of birth and the year when a horse began breeding were the dependent values; the number of ancestors and %OX were the variable value. It was eveluated whether the year of birth or the year when horses begin breeding have an effect of increasing or decreasing the number of documented ancestors and %OX. According to statistical analysis its apparent that the year of birth and the year when horses begin breeding have a highly significant effect (P < 0,05) on the number of documented ancestors. The results for the year of birth show that the coefficient of ancestors increases every year in the group of mares by 1,75 ancestor, in the group of stallions by 1,38 and in the froup of young horses by 1,96. From the breeding point of view the year when a horse begins breeding is more important for us, here it was found out that the number of documented ancestors increases every year in the breeding population to the sixth generation on average by mares by 1,80 ancestor and by stallions by 2.23 ancestors. Statistical analysis of %OX by mares has no significant effect (P>0,05). However, it is apparent that the %OX decreases within the breeding of mares. Only the year of beginning of the breeding has a significant effect (P<0,05) on %OX by stallions. Coefficient came out in a negative number, which means that every year the proportion of Arabian genes reduces by 0,15%OX. There is a highly significant effect of the year of birth on %OX by young horses; it was found that every year the proportion of Arabian genes reduces on average by 0.22%OX. The results show a breeding work with an effective influence on the breed. OX percentage in the population decreases every year and the number of documented ancestors increases.
