Tato práce se zabývá exportní strategií pivovaru Plzeňský Prazdroj. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány některé úkony, které jsou obecně důležitou součástí přípravy podniků před vstupem na mezinárodní trhy. V praktické části je představena společnost Plzeňský Prazdroj a její zahraniční aktivity. Na příkladu Španělska a Švédska jsou analyzovány místní trhy piva a ukázána exportní strategie značky Pilsner Urquell. The bachelor thesis deals with the export strategy of the Pilsner Urquell brewery. In the theoretical part there are mentioned some steps, which are generally an important part of a company's preliminary before entering the international markets. The practical part is presented by the Pilsner Urquell Brewery and its activities abroad. The analysis of local beer markets and the strategy of the brand Pilsner Urquell is shown on the example of Spain and Sweden.
