Cílem bakalářské práce je podat ucelený přehled o námořní přepravě zboží, především co se týče průběhu její realizace a smluvního zajištění. V první části práce jsou definovány základní dokumenty, které jsou v námořní přepravě využívány. Důraz je kladen na konosament využívaný zejména během liniových přeprav a Charter Party, na jejímž podkladě probíhají trampové přepravy. Druhá část práce se zabývá pojištěním v námořní přepravě a odpovědností námořního dopravce, která je v současné době odlišně upravena několika smlouvami. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to give a comprehensive overview of the carriage of goods by sea. Above all it focuses on the realization and the treaty reinsurance of the maritime transport. The first part of this thesis deals with the basic transport documents used in the carriage by sea. The main emphasis is focused on the bill of lading mostly used in the liner shipping and on the Charter Party used as the basis of the tramp shipping. The second part of this thesis focused on the insurance in the carriage by sea and on the liability of the carrier, which is differently regulated by many rules at present.
