Bakalářská práce se zabývá strategií skupiny Třinecké železárny -- Moravia Steel, která je významnou součástí ocelářského průmyslu v České republice. V úvodu je zpracována historie a charakteristika obou společností, které se v důsledku synergického efektu úspěšně prosazují na konkurenčních trzích v rámci vyspělých trhů EU i na dalších solventních trzích ve světě. Hlavní důraz je kladen na výrobu oceli s vyšší přidanou hodnotou a na tvorbu a rozvoj výrobkových řetězců skupiny. Strategickým cílem skupiny TŽ -- MS je vybudování hutního podniku s uzavřeným výrobním cyklem. Práce shrnuje základní informace o strategii výroby a vývozu oceli v TŽ -- MS ve vztahu k celkové světové produkci oceli včetně dopadu finanční krize na rozvoj tohoto specifického trhu. My bachelor thesis considers the strategy group of Třinecké železárny - Moravia Steel, which is an important part of the steel industry in the Czech Republic. The introduction elaborates the history and characteristics of both companies which due to the synergistic effect are successfully promoting competitive markets at the developed market s of the EU and other well established markets in the world. The main emphasis is on steel production with higher added value and the creation and development of product chains groups. The strategic objective of TZ Group - MS is to build a steel company with a closed cycle. The work summarizes the basic information about the strategy of production and export of steel in TZ - MS in relation to the total world steel production, including the impact of financial crisis on the development of this specific market.
