Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit studijní program "Řízení ve školství" pro vedoucí pedagogické pracovníky a pracovnice. Studijní program bude doporučen FM VŠE v Praze a bude se řídit standardem MŠMT ČR Studium pro vedoucí pedagogické pracovníky/pracovnice. Výstupem bude brožura pro případné uchazeče/uchazečky. The aim of this master thesis is to create a course of study "Management in education" for pedagogical managers. The course of study will be recommended to FM VŠE v Praze and it will follow the standards of MŠMT ČR. The output will be a booklet for potential applicants.
