[cze][eng] Cílem práce je analyzovat stávající problémy a ekonomický vývoj nejméně rozvinutých zemí (NRZ) v jižní Asii a to na příkladu Federativní demokratické republiky Nepál. Stručně popíši kriteria a podmínky pro vstup na seznam NRZ. Jako další cíl této práce bude specifikovat charakteristické problémy státu Nepál. Poté se zaměřím na mezinárodní ekonomickou pomoc OSN a strategie UNCTAD na zlepšení situace v tomto regionu. Dalším bodem bude analýza integrace Nepálu do kontextu mezinárodního obchodu. Hlavním úkolem této práce je zpracovat důvody proč je tato země jedna z nejchudších a nejméně rozvinutých na světě a následně navrhnout alternativy a nástroje k vyřešení těchto ekonomických a sociálních problémů, které budou efektivní a dlouhodobě udržitelné.The goal of this paper is to analyze current problems and economic development of the Least Developed Countries in South Asia. As an example I will be using the Federative Democratic Republic of Nepal. As another goal of this work I will specify characteristic problems of Nepal. I will focus on the international help of OSN and strategies of UNCTAD to improve the situation in this region. Next step will be integration of Nepal into international trade. The main goal of this work is to point out why is Nepal one of the poorest countries. Consequently I will try to propose possible alternatives to solve the current situation which will be effective.
