Článek pojednává o politických a společenských předpokladech zákonodárné činnosti české šlechty a měšťanů ve druhé polovině 16. století, zejména vzniku tzv. Koldínova Městského zákoníku. The article deals with the political and social background of the legislative activities of the Bohemian nobility and burghers in the second half of the 16th century, especially of the origins of the so called Koldín Code of Civil Law.
