Práca analyzuje úroveň ochrany spotrebiteľa v podmienkach Európskej únie so zameraním na legislatívne úpravy poskytovania vybraných služieb cestovného ruchu a ich dodržovanie. Poukazuje na aspekty a normy, ktoré musí brať poskytovateľ služieb v podtaz z dôvodu ochrany spotrebiteľa. Z analýzy vyplýva, že stupeň ochrany spotrebiteľa v cestovnom ruchu je na vysokej úrovni a že v najbližších rokoch možno čakať zlepšenie podmienok podnikania leteckých spoločností, s tým spojené zlepšenie prostredia aj pre spotrebiteľov a ďalší rozvoj tohto odvetvia. Práce analyzuje úroveň ochrany spotřebitele v podmínkách Evropské unie, se zaměřením na legislativní úpravy poskytování vybraných služeb cestovního ruchu a jejich dodržování. Práce analyzuje, které aspekty a normy musí brát poskytovatel služeb v potaz z důvodů ochrany spotřebitele. Z analýzy vyplývá, že stupeň ochrany spotřebitele v cestovním ruchu je na vysoké úrovni a že v příštích letech lze čekat zlepšení podmínek podnikání leteckých společností, s tím spojené zlepšení prostředí i pro spotřebitele a další rozvoj tohoto odvětví. This work analyzes the level of preservation of consumer in the conditions of the European Union. It is focused on the legislation of selected services in tourism and its observance. The work shows aspects and norms which must be held because of preservation of consumer. The analysis shows high level of preservation of consumer. In the next years is expected the improvement of the business conditions in fly industry. There is also an expectation of the improvement of consumer environment and further development of this sector.
