Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je charakteristika modelu prostorového plánování v Řecku a jeho komparace s duálním modelem plánování využívaným v České republice. První část práce obsahuje vymezení základních pojmů z oblasti prostorového resp. územního/regionálního plánování. Základ práce je tvořen analýzou systémů plánování v Řecku a České republice a jejich porovnáním. Vstupním podkladem pro tuto analýzu je socioekonomická charakteristika Řecka. O socioekonomickou charakteristiku se následně opírá rozbor současného řeckého modelu plánování. Analýza užívaného systému obsahuje nastínění institucionálního a legislativního prostředí země. Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě analýzy modelů plánování postihnout základní rozdíly a společné znaky modelů plánování v obou zvolených zemích. The main topic of the bachelor thesis is a characteristic of a model of spatial planning in Greece and its comparation with dual-planning model used in the Czech Republic. The first section contains the definition of basic concepts of spatial respectively land-use/regional planning. The basis of the thesis consists of analysis of planning systems in Greece and the Czech Republic and their comparison. Input basis for this analysis is socioeconomic characteristics of Greece. The analysis of used system contains outlines the institutional and legislative environment of the country. The aim of this bachelor thesis is based on an analysis of planning models capture the essential differences and common features of models of planning in both of the selected country.
