U máku setého (Papaver somniferum L.) odrůdy Major a Orfeus byl sledován vliv ošetření nízkoteplotním atmosférickým plazmatem generovaným mezi elektrodami (typ plazmatu: GlidArc, čas expozice: 180 s) na klíčivost semen, parametry porostu a složky výnosu. V porovnání s kontrolou byla vyšší klíčivost zaznamenána ve 3 ze 4 ošetřených vzorků osiva. Negativně byl ovlivněn počet rostlin a výnos. Odrůda Orfeus reagovala na ošetření citlivěji. U tří ošetřených variant byl konstatován vyšší počet sklizených tobolek na rostlinu ve sklizni. The effect of treatment of low temperature atmospheric plasma generated between the electrodes (plasma type: GlidArc, time of exposition: 180 s) on the seeds germination, crop parameters and yield components of poppy seed (Papaver somniferum L., cultivars Major and Orfeus) was observed. Increased germination was observed in 3 of the 4 treated seed samples in comparison with the control sample. The number of growing plants was negatively influenced as well as yield. Cultivar Orpheus responded more sensitively to the plasma treatment than cultivar Major. A higher number of capsules harvested per plant was founded in 3 of the 4 field variants.
