Cílem diplomové práce je seznámit s možnostmi získání finančních podpor pro malé a střední podnikatele a podniky. A to dle regionálních operačních programů vytvořených Evropskou unií právě na podporu podnikatelských projektů podnikatelů z tohoto dynamicky se rozvíjejícího sektoru tržního hospodářství. Diplomová práce objasňuje charakteristiku, podmínky a možnosti regionálních operačních programů a způsob a postup vypracování studie proveditelnosti jako jednoho z nejvýznamnějších hodnotících ukazatelů podnikatelských projektů přesně podle osnovy, požadavků a podmínek konkrétního regionálního programu v rámci strukturálních fondů EU. The main aim of this thesis is a description of possibilities for obtaining the financial supports for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs and entreprises. The description allow from possibilities of regional programmes which are created by The European Union. The thesis explaining contens and conditions of regional programmes and means and main steps for creating the feasibility study clearly according to the structure and conditions of the particular programme from the order of programmes of The European Union.
