Tato diplomová práce zpracovává podnikatelský zámer spolecnosti, která se rozhodla rozšírit a zlepšit nabízené služby. Zpracovaný podnikatelský zámer spolecnost pomuže v rozhodování, zda plánované investice uskutecnit. Podnikatelským zámerem je v tomto prípade vybudování hostince, zapušteného bazénu se zastrešením a wellness s whirlpool a saunou. Informaci o prijetí anebo zamítnutí tohoto zámeru nám podá technicko-ekonomická studie This thesis presents a business plan of a company, which has decided to expand and improve offered services. Business plan will help the company to decide whether to implement the planned investment or not. In this case, the business plan includes the building of a pub, covered swimming pool, and wellness facilities with sauna and whirlpool. Related feasibility study provides relevant information for acceptance or rejection of the business plan or its parts.
