Tato práce analyzuje faktory, které ovlivňují návštěvnost areálů Památníku Terezín a návštěvnost cizinců a česky rozumějících turistů. Pracuji s denními daty z let 2003-2012. Navýšení vstupného o jednu korunu způsobí pokles počtu prodaných jednoduchých vstupenek v areálu Malé Pevnosti o 0,55 %, v Muzeu Ghetta o 0,98 % a v expozicích bývalých Magdeburských kasárnách o 0,80 % ceteris paribus. Ve všech třech modelech mají srážky nevýznamný vliv i přes částečné umístění expozic pod širým nebem. Návštěvnost je maximalizována při teplotě 16° ceteris paribus. V Muzeu Ghetta se návštěvnost zvyšuje do 17 °C. V Magdeburských kasárnách do 15°C. Tento areál je jako jediný pouze v jedné budově a zcela krytý. Vliv víkendů na návštěvnost všech tří areálů je negativní, což je odlišné oproti ostatním pracím. Terezínská tryzna zvyšuje počet návštěvníků ve všech třech areálech o více než 200 %. Navýšení kombinovaného vstupného (vstupné do všech tří areálů) zvyšuje návštěvnost Čechů o 0,68 % ceteris paribus. V případě cizinců to nemá významný vliv. Teplota zvyšuje návštěvnost Čechů pouze do 13°C. V případě cizinců teplota zvyšuje návštěvnost až do 21°C, poté ji začíná snižovat. Tryzna Kever Avot zvyšuje návštěvnost Čechů, návštěvnost cizinců snižuje. This work analyzes factors, who affect the attendance of the Terezin Memorial. In my work I used data of daily attendance during the years 2003-2012. Increase of the price of one crown causes a decrease in attendance ceteris paribus by 0,55 % in the area of the Small Fortress, by 0,98 % in the area of the Ghetto Museum and by 0,80 % in the building of the Magdeburg Barracks. Daily rainfalls has an insignificant effect in all three models despite some parts of expositions are placed in open-air locations. The daily temperature affects the attendance positively only it is less than 16°C in the Small Fortress, then begins to decrease. The temperature increases the attendance positively only it is less than 17°C in the Ghetto Museum and 15°C in the Magdeburg Barracks. The area of Magdeburg Barracks has only indoor expositions. The infulence of weekends was proved as negatively in all three areas which is different from other works. The Terezin Commemoration Ceremony increases the number of visitors ceteris paribus over 200 % in all three models. The increase of the price in the combined ticket (allowing entry in all three areas at a bargain price) increases the attendance of Czechs ceteris paribus by 0,68 %. It doesn't have a significant impact in the case of foreign visitors. The daily temperature affects the attendance of Czechs positively only it is less than 13°C, in the case of foreing visitors until 21°C. Kever Avot (commemoration act) increases the attendance of Czechs and decreases the attendance of foreigners.
