Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení možností investování domácností na peněžním trhu v České republice. V teoretické části je podrobně popsán peněžní trh a jeho segmenty. Následují finanční instituce a důležité ukazatele ovlivňující rozhodnutí investora. Praktická část je zaměřena na konkrétní finanční produkty. Ty jsou vzájemně porovnávány a vyhodnocovány z hlediska dostupnosti a vhodnosti pro drobného investora. V úvahu je brán i výnos, riziko a likvidita. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the possibility of household investment in the money market in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical section we can find details of the cash market and its segments. Followed by financial institutions and relevant indicators influencing investor decisions. The practical part is focused on specific financial products. They are mutually compared and evaluated in terms of availability and suitability for the small investor. Return, risk and liquidity are also taken into account.
