Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza úrovně finanční gramotnosti občanů České republiky. Úvodní část je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů a charakteristiku finanční gramotnosti. Druhá kapitola se zabývá činnostmi a programy na podporu finanční gramotnosti na nadnárodní a evropské úrovni a popisuje aktivity, které podporují finanční gramotnosti v České republice. Závěrečná kapitola této teoretické části obsahuje shrnutí nejdůležitějších pojmů finanční gramotnosti v rámci běžného občanského života. Zjištění a výsledky čtvrté kapitoly jsou založeny na zpracování výsledků průzkumu, jehož cílem je prověřit finanční gramotnost vzorku respondentů. Poslední část této práce je věnována ukázce možných aktivit pro zvýšení finanční gramotnosti. The aim of this diploma thesis is an analysis of a level of financial literacy of citizens of Czech Republic. The opening part concentrates on the definition of basic concepts and on the characteristic of financial literacy. The second chapter deals with activities and programs for support of financial literacy on a multinational and European level and describes activities, which support financial literacy in the Czech Republic. The final chapter of this theoretical part contains a summary of the most important concepts of financial literacy in the context of normal civic life. The findings and outcomes of the fourth chapter are based on the processing results of the survey aimed to examine the financial literacy of the sample of respondents. The last part of this thesis is devoted to demonstration of possible activities to increase financial literacy.
