Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat spokojenost zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci a zjistit oblast, která je podle respondentů problematická a je potřeba ji zlepšit. V bakalářské práci jsou analyzovány především faktory ovlivňující pracovní spokojenost. Tyto faktory jsou řešeny nejprve z pohledu teorie. Na jejím základě byly vytvořeny hypotézy a dotazník. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření ve společnosti Fruko-Schulz s.r.o. byly analyzovány a hypotézy potvrzeny či zamítnuty. The aim of this thesis is to analyze satisfaction of employees in a chosen organization and identify problematic areas which need to be improved according to the respondents. The thesis mainly analyse factors that influence job satisfaction. These factors are first described at the theoretical level. A questionnaire was created on that basis and the results of the survey at Fruko-Schulz Ltd were analyzed and hypotheses were confirmed or rejected.
