[cze][eng] Diplomová práce se tematicky zaměřuje na problematiku řízení projektů financovaných z prostředků EU. Cílem této práce je v teoretické části přiblížit principy regionální politiky Evropské unie a možné přístupy k projektovému řízení. Praktická část má za úkol na základě provedeného dotazníkového šetření vyhodnotit přístupy k řízení projektů ze strany příjemců dotací z vybraného operačního programu. Diplomová práce se dělí, mimo úvodu informujícího o řešené problematice a závěru shrnujícího dosažené poznatky, na celkově pět částí. V první části jsou rozebrány principy politiky hospodářské a sociální soudržnosti. Druhá část osvětluje návaznost operačních programů na strukturální fondy. Přístupem k životnímu cyklu projektu a projektovému řízení se zahrnutím řízení dotace se zabývá třetí část. Čtvrtá část pak popisuje postup projektového řízení s poskytnutou dotací z Operačního programu Podnikání a inovace. Poslední pátá část vyhodnocuje dotazníkové šetření mezi příjemci dotace z programu ICT v podnicích zaměřeného na úspěšnost takto podpořených projektů. Práce shrnuje principy regionální politiky EU a strukturálních fondů, objasňuje postupy projektového řízení se zahrnutím administrace dotace a poskytuje prostřednictvím průzkumu náhled na způsoby projektového řízení a jeho vlivy na úspěšnost projektů podpořených z programu ICT v podnicích.This thesis is thematically focuses on management of projects financed from EU funds. Goal of this work is in the theoretical part to explain the principles of EU regional policy and possible approaches to project management. The practical part is intended, based on a questionnaire survey, to assess the admissions to the management of projects by recipients of grants from the selected operating program. The thesis is divided, apart from the introduction informing about resolving issues and problems conclusion summarizing lessons learned, to a total of five parts. The first part deals with the principles of economic and social cohesion. The second part explains the continuity of operational programs for structural funds. Approach to the life cycle of the project and project management including management of the subsidy are subsumed in the third part. The fourth section describes the process of project management included a grant from the Operational Program Enterprise and Innovation. Last fifth part evaluates ques-tionnaire survey among recipients of grants from the ICT in enterprises focused on the suc-cess of such supported projects. The paper summarizes the principles of EU regional policy and structural funds, explains the procedures for project management involving the administration of grants and by re-search providing insight into the methods of project management and its impact on the success of projects supported from the ICT in enterprises.
