Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou aktuální situace ochrany spotřebitele na trhu pečiva, analýzou nabídky pečiva ve vybraných pražských supermarketech a marketingem pekařských výrobků. Motivací k této práci je především nepřehlednost situace v současné době velice rozšířené nabídky tmavého pečiva. Uvedené pečivo však ve skutečnosti může mít různý základ a může spotřebiteli přinášet odlišnou hodnotu. Analýza aktuální situace ochrany spotřebitele byla prováděna prostřednictvím výzkumu, který byl zaměřen na informovanost a názory spotřebitelů na to, co skutečně nakupují a o tom, co si myslí, že pořizují. Na základě zjištěných informací byla vyhodnocena aktuální situace a její porovnání se stanovenými hypotézami. Součástí práce jsou také doporučení pro zlepšení v této oblasti. This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of actual situation of consumer protection on the market with pastries, linked to the analysis of a pastries offer in chosen supermarkets in Prague and marketing of bakery products. The motivation of this work is mainly the situation of dark pastries that is very extended in actual time. These pastries have often different basis and thus they also have various value for the customer. The analysis of the actual situation of consumer protection was made by a research, which was focused on the knowledge and opinions of consumers about what they really buy and what they think they are buying. Based on ascertained information, the actual situation was evaluated and compared with defined hypotheses. Part of this thesis contains also proposals for improvements in this area.
