Diplomová práce je zaměřena na rozbor mezinárodní kupní smlouvy s důrazem na dvě její části, dodací a platební podmínky. Cílem práce je ukázat, jaký význam dodací a platební podmínky v mezinárodních kupních smlouvách mají, jak jejich vhodný výběr ovlivní výši nákupních a prodejních cen a jaký vliv mají na prodejnost zboží vůbec. Text je rozdělen na dvě části, a to část teoretickou a praktickou. První část se zabývá celkovou charakteristikou kupní smlouvy, jejích náležitostí, legislativní úpravy a podrobným popisem dodacích a platebních podmínek. V práci je zmíněna i Mezinárodní obchodní komora a otázka pojištění. Praktická část je věnována analýze konkrétních příkladů z praxe společnosti Ceco-legno. This thesis analyses an international sales contract especially its two parts, delivery and payment terms. Objective of the thesis is to present the high importance of delivery and payment terms in international sales contracts, how they influence the price as well as the whole business transaction. This text is devided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part deals with the whole characterization of an international sales contract, its belongings, legislative definition and detailed description of the delivery and payment terms. International chamber of commerce and insurance are also mentioned. The practical part concerns with anylysis of the particular examples from Ceco-legno company.
