Cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnocení přínosů z projektu realizovaného městem Králíky a to Evropského domu Králíky. Práce je koncipována do dvou hlavních částí. Kde první část "teoreticko-metodologická východiska" je zaměřena na analýzu veřejných výdajových programů, programového financování a na analýzu metod jejich hodnocení. V praktické části diplomové práce je popsána současná situace oblasti Králicka a poté podrobně popsán projekt Evropského domu Králíky a následně vyhodnocen z hlediska přínosů pro danou oblast. The objective of this thesis is to evaluate the benefits of the project implemented by the city Králíky and Králíky European House. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part is called "theoretical-methodological basis". It is focused on the analysis of public expenditure programs, program financing and analysis methods for their evaluation. In the practical part of the thesis describes the current situation of the Králíky area, then project Králíky European house. It is described in detail and subsequently evaluated in terms of benefits for the area.
