Cílem práce je mapování, podrobný popis a hodnocení významu jednotlivých architektonických a jiných památek v oblasti Chýnova jako základ pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu. Výzkum byl zaměřen především na historii památek a stav, ve kterém se nacházejí.Vedlejším cílem bylo prozkoumat, jaké jsou podmínky pro cestovní ruch. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření se podařilo sestavit profil návštěvníka této lokality. The main aim was to describe all of sights in the destination and to assess the meaning of all sights as the source for the development of tourism. On the grounds of the questionnaire research was discovered what are the conditions for the tourism and was made up the profile the tourist of this destination.
