Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématikou rozpočtové analýzy obce Štěpánovice v letech 2009 až 2012. Jejím hlavním úkolem je zhodnotit efektivitu hospodaření obce a zjistit hlavní příčiny změn jednotlivých položek rozpočtu, obecního majetku a zdrojů krytí. Případně navrhnout nějaká řešení, která by odstranila případné chyby. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, první částí je teoretická část, která je účelná zvláště k definování použitých pojmů v práci, druhou částí je část praktická, která se věnuje uplatnění znalostí z první části. Dále jsou zde obecné informace o obci, jejím majetku, analýzy příjmů a výdajů a základní ukazatele finanční analýzy. V závěru této části se nachází shrnutí hospodaření. Pro vypracování této práce byly použity rozpočty a rozvahy z let 2009 až 2012. This bachelor thesis deals with Stepanovice community budget analysis during 2009 to 2012. The major goal is evaluate its economic efficiency and to find out the cause of particular budget changes, community property and source of covering. Eventually suggest the solution, which would eliminate potential defect. Thesis is divided into two parts. The first part defines terms, which will be used. The second part applies knowledge gained in the first part. The second part contains current information about the community and its property, revenue and costs analysis and basic indicators of financial analysis. At the end I summed up the financial situation. For the purpose of the thesis I used budgets and balance sheet from 2009 to 2012.
