Cílem práce je provést analýzu pracovního trhu s ohledem na kvalitu zájemců o pozici inzertního poradce. Pro řešení dané problematiky budou využity poznatky z realizovaných výběrových řízení (Karlovy Vary, Plzeň a České Budějovice). The aim of this thesis is to analyse the labour market with regard to the quality of candidates for the position of an advertising consultant. There was used knowledge and results of previous selection processes in Karlovy Vary, Plzeň and České Budějovice for dealing with this problematics.
