V teoretické části mé bakalářské práce, se budu věnovat základům managementu občanského sdružení ve sportu. Konkrétně pak základům financování sportu, co by se dalo ve financování zlepšit a pokusit se odhadnout budoucí vývoj. V další kapitole budou vypsány oblasti ekonomické analýzy ve sportu. Na základě zjištěných informací zanalyzuji, v praktické části práce, management a financování TK Lokomotiva Karlovy Vary o. s. a následně financování porovnám s druhým klubem v Karlových Varech, TC Gejzírpark. Nakonec se pokusím navrhnout zlepšení financování obou zmíněných klubů. In theoretical part of my thesis, I would like to deal with basics of a civil association management in a sport. Specifically, it will be basics of sport's funding, what we can improve there and try to guess the next course of the funding. The fields of the economics analysis in sport will be include in the next chapter. I will analyse the management and the funding of TK Lokomotiva Karlovy Vary o. s. in practical part of my thesis. After that, I will compare the funding of the first club with the second in Karlovy Vary - TC Gejzírpark. Finally I would like to suggest the better ideas of funding for both clubs.
