V době, kdy jedním z nejdiskutovanějších témat jsou klimatické změny, se na politickou scénu často dostávají tzv."zelené strany," které prosazují ekologické daně, ty však zvyšují ceny energií. Na to reagují i spotřebitelé, proto poptávka po energeticky nenáročném způsobu života roste. Právě díky své nízké spotřebě tepla jsou v Evropě -- zvláště v Rakousku, Německu a Švýcarsku - čím dál více oblíbeny pasivní domy. Česká republika zareagovala na tento trend zavedením dotačního programu Zelená úsporám, který se nevztahuje jen na domy v pasivním standardu, ale i na dílčí zateplování budov. Tento program ale už od svého vzniku vyvolává otázky, zda je správně nastaven. Dotace totiž mohou využít lidé jen za podmínky, že si nechají dům postavit od odborných dodavatelů (seznam je uveden na stránkách MŽP), což i s dotací je většinou dražší, než kdyby využili jiného konkurenčního dodavatele. Proto bych ráda rozebrala nedostatky nebo naopak pozitiva tohoto programu a zjistila, zda se vyplatí investovat do nízkoenergetického bydlení ve srovnání s běžnými domy. Hlavním cílem mé práce je tedy posoudit, zda se v České republice vyplatí stimulovat výstavbu pasivních domů dotačním programem z hlediska návratnosti investic. Pro tyto účely mi jako dobře fungující příklad posloužila první veřejná budova pasivního standardu v Hoštěníně . Recently one of the most discussed themes is climate change and green parties come into a political scene. They further policy of ecological taxes which increase prices of energy. The consumers react to this increase of price and the demand of energy-saving style of life is increasing. That's why the passive houses are so popular in Europe especially in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Czech Republic reacts against it with a grant programme "Green savings" which was debatable at the beginning. It is because of a condition that grants can be utilized only by people who will have a passive house built by suppliers from the List of Qualified Suppliers which is state on websites of Department of the Environment. That passive house is usually more expensive even if you get the grant. I would like to find advantages and disadvantages of The Green Savings programme. The main goal of Bachelor Thesis is finding out if is profitable to invest into passive houses development in Czech Republic in term of investment return. As good efficient example I use the seminar building of Centre Veronica Hostětín which is the first public building in Czech Republic.
