Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sestavením podnikatelského plánu pro restauraci, která má změnit provozovatele. Právě sestavení podnikatelského plánu a vyvození relevantních závěrů je hlavním cílem této práce. Dalším cílem této práce je na základě posouzení situace vyvodit doporučení, zda je ekonomicky výhodné a přijatelné restauraci za daných podmínek otevřít a provozovat či nikoliv. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojem podnikatelský plán a popisuje, jak by měl správný plán vypadat. V praktické části již je samotný podnikatelský plán pro zmiňované restaurační zařízení zpracován. Následují závěrečná zjištění, doporučení a další návrhy. Autor v nich posuzuje podnikatelský záměr, jeho proveditelnost, reálnost a návratnost investic. This bachelor's thesis proposes a draw of a business plan for a restaurant that should get a new keeper. The main aim of the thesis is to provide a draw of a business plan and extrapolate relevant conclusions. Another aim of the thesis is to make a recommendation based on the judgement of the situation as to whether it is economically profitable to reopen the restaurant or not. The theoretical part explains the term business plan and describes what a good plan should look like. In the practical part it is the draw of a business plan itself that si being put together. After the plan, conclusions, recommendations and other proposals are provided. There the author considers the business plan, its feasibility, practicability and recoverability of investments.
