Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením investičních projektů. Existuje mnoho metod hodnocení investic, tato práce se bude zabývat hlavně těmi nejdůležitějšími. Největší důraz bude kladen na čistou současnou hodnotu, vnitřní výnosové procento, index čisté současné hodnoty a diskontovanou dobu návratnosti. S problematikou hodnocení investic je také spojeno jejich financování, kterým se bude práce také zabývat. Teoretické poznatky uvedené v teoretické části poté budou aplikovány v praktické části. V této části bude hodnocen konkrétní reálný investiční záměr. K jeho zhodnocení budou využity metody uvedené v teoretické části. Práce se zaměří na komplexní hodnocení s respektováním vzájemných vazeb mezi metodami a nebude opomenut také vliv současné situace podniku na investiční rozhodování. Poté budou vyhodnoceny různé způsoby financování investice a jejich vliv. Na základě této analýzy bude následně formulováno investiční doporučení. This thesis will describe evaluation of investment projects. There are many investment evaluation methods, that is why this thesis will focus just on the most important of them. It will pay the biggest attention to net present value, internal rate of return, index of net present value and discounted payback period. With evalutation of investments it is also connected their financing. Theoretical knowledge introduced in theoretical part will be applied in practical part of thesis. In this part will be evaluated concrete real investment project by methods mentioned in theoretical part of thesis. Thesis will focus on complex evaluation respecting mutual links between methods and there will not be neglected influence of present situation of company on investment decision-making. Then will be evaluated various ways of financing of investment and their influence. On basis of this analysis will be made investment recommendation.
