Bakalářská práce analyzuje personální proces získávání zaměstnanců ve společnosti AUTO JAROV, s.r.o. Je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsána teoretická východiska procesu získávání zaměstnanců, jsou zde vyjmenovány a charakterizovány jednotlivé nezbytné kroky procesu. Praktická část se již podrobně zabývá konkrétní analýzou procesu získávání zaměstnanců ve společnosti AUTO JAROV, s.r.o. Součástí praktické části je i kapitola, jejímž obsahem je SWOT analýza získávání absolventů identifikující silné a slabé stránky, stejně tak jako příležitosti a hrozby. Na základě této analýzy je formulováno doporučení na zvýšení účinnosti získávání absolventů do společnosti. Práce vznikla na základě studia odborné literatury a podkladů a informací poskytnutých personální ředitelkou společnosti AUTO JAROV, s.r.o., Mgr. Lenkou Kočárkovou. The thesis analyzes the process of personnel recruitment at AUTO JAROV, Ltd. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the theoretical background of the process of recruitment, there are required process steps listed and characterized. The practical part deals in detail with the specific analysis of the process of recruitment in the company AUTO JAROV, Ltd. The practical part also includes a chapter, which contains a SWOT analysis of recruiting graduates identifying strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats. On the basis of this analysis there is a recommendation to increase the efficiency of getting graduates into the company. This work is based on the study of literature and on valuable information and documents provided by Mgr. Lenka Kočárková, the personnel director of the company AUTO JAROV, Ltd.
