S rozvojem informačních a komunikačních technologií se otevírá společnostem celé spektrum možností jak zefektivnit svou výkonnost. Trh nabízí i několik řešení na jeden konkrétní problém, ale každé z těchto řešení má odlišné náklady a funkčnost. Vzhledem k těmto faktů roste význam analytické a konzultační práce. Jsou třeba lidé, kteří přemostí vzdělanostní, terminologickou a ideovou propast mezi výrobce a zákazníkem. Oddělení, ve kterém pracuji a ve které zpracovávám tuto bakalářskou práci, má své problémy a tím i prostor pro zlepšení. Cílem této bakalářské práce je tedy analyzovat tyto problémy a předložit ono spektrum možností, které je bude řešit. K analýze využívám teoretické znalosti ze svého studia a praktickou znalost analyzovaného prostředí. Nejprve popíši prostředí oddělení a poté procesy. Následně identifikuji úzká místa a navrhnu jejich optimalizaci. Whole spectrum of possibilities is opening for companies during the time of expansion information and communication technologies. These possibilities could help companies to be more effective. The Market offer more than one solution of each problem but each solution has different cost and functionality. These facts are reasons why importance of consulting and analytical work has been growing. We need type people, who solve the intellectual, terminological and ideological misunderstanding between producer and customer Department where I work and write my bachelor thesis has problems and thus has room for improvement. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the problems and come up with the spectrum of possibilities that solves them. I use my theoretic knowledge from university and my practical experience from work during analysis. At first I want to describe department`s environment and then the processes. After the description I will be able to identify critical places and propose their optimization. Whole spectrum of possibilities is opening for companies during the time of expansion information and communication technologies. These possibilities could help companies to be more effective.
