Tématem bakalářské práce je analýza programů řízení mateřské a rodičovské dovolené zaměstnanců třech firem z oblasti výroby, bankovnictví a telekomunikací. Zjistit účinnost, spokojenost a případné nedostatky těchto programů v péči o zaměstnance/kyně na mateřské nebo rodičovské dovolené, popřípadě navrhnout lepší nebo alternativní řešení. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, kde jsou vysvětlené pojmy mateřská a rodičovská dovolená, dále nabízí přehled významných flexibilních forem práce a další možnosti, jak zajistit podporu péče o dítě ze strany zaměstnavatele. Praktická část analyzuje programy sledovaných firem, na základě průzkumu hodnotí tyto programy z pohledu zaměstnankyň a rovněž se zabývá problematikou návratu zaměstnankyň na trh práce a aktivního otcovství. The topic of this Bachelor's Thesis is to analyze the programs of the management of maternity and parental leave in three companies dealing with manufacturing, banking and telecommunications services. To assess the effectiveness, satisfaction and possible shortcomings of these programs in the care of the employee on maternity or parental leave, and if necessary, propose alternative solutions. The work is divided into a theoretical part where the explanation of the term maternity and parental leave, as well as an overview of major flexible forms of work and other ways to provide support for child care by the employer. The practical part describes the programs monitored companies and based on a survey evaluates these programs by the workers, discusses the return of workers to the labor market and active fatherhood
