Cílem bakalářské práce na téma "Motivace zaměstnanců v právnickém sektoru v České republice a Velké Británii" je popsat problematiku vlivu spokojenosti na pracovišti a spokojenosti s prací samotnou na motivaci a pracovní výkon jednotlivých pracovníků; a také problematiku rozdílnosti motivací v jednotlivých pobočkách vybrané nadnárodní právnické korporace. Teoretická část se zabývá základními teoretickými východisky motivace. Popisuje základní pojmy spojené s motivací a její nejvýznamnější teorie. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, kde jsou uplatňovány teoretické poznatky v praxi. Pomocí empirického výzkumu je zkoumán vliv různých faktorů na spokojenost a motivaci zaměstnanců. Tyto výsledky jsou zpracovány a je vytvořeno zhodnocení výzkumu a následné doporučení. This bachelor's thesis "Motivation of employees in the legal sector in the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom" is focused on describing how satisfaction of working conditions and job itslef influences the motivation and performance of individual workers, as well as describing the difference of motivation between two branch offices of choosen multinational legal corporation. The theoretical part deals with the theoretical basis of motivation and describes its most signifiant theories. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part, where theorethical knowledge applied in practice can be found. The impact of different factors on satisfaction and motivation of workers is examined by empirical research. The results are processed into conclusion and followed by recommendations.
