Diplomová práce se zabývá rozvojem konceptu společenské odpovědnosti v České republice a Ruské federaci, přístupy firmy v různých oblastech a pak pohledem občanů na přístupy firem v rámci daného konceptu. Jako rámec pro porovnání použita mezinárodní norma ISO 26000. Jedna z kapitol zaměřená na provedení empirického výzkumu na téma "Společenská odpovědnost. Názory občanů." Výsledků výzkumu budou porovnané s aktuálními výsledky dalších výzkumů, které byly uskutečněny v Rusku nebo v Česku za poslední období v oblasti společenské odpovědnosti. Na závěr bude shrnutí získaných poznatků a doporučení do budoucna. The diploma thesis is about the development of the concept of corporate social responsibility in Czech Republic and Russian Federation. It focuses on the companies' approach in different areas of corporate social responsibility. International standard ISO 26000 is used as framework for comparison. Empirical research "Corporate Social Responsibility. Public opinion" was done at the end of the thesis. Results of my research are compared with results of other studies carried out in Russia or Czech Republic for the last period.
