Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem mezinárodních výměn na migraci mladých lidí z vesnic do měst. Soustředí se na mládež, která žije v regionu MAS Krajina srdce. Cílem práce je popsat vliv existence místní akční skupiny a jejích činností, zejména výměnných programů, pořádané pro venkovskou mládež. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. První teoretická část je věnována marketingu, jeho složkám a segmentaci trhu. Druhá kapitola se zabývá vznikem a vývojem činností MAS Krajina srdce, SWOT analýzou MAS, mezinárodními projekty a jejich financováním. Poslední praktická část obsahuje vlastní terénní výzkum, na jehož základě je zkoumána migrace mladých lidí z vesnic do měst. This work examines the influence of international exchanges to the migration of young people from the countryside to the city. It focuses on youth living in the region of Local action group (LAG) Krajina srdce. The goal of this work is to present the influence of LAG and its activities, especially international exchanges which are organized for a youth. This work is divided into three parts; the first dealing with marketing and market segmentation. The second part is devoted to the establishment and development of LAG Krajina srdce, its activities, SWOT analysis and international exchanges. The third and last part of this work contains investigation based on research of the migration.
