Cílem této bakalářské práce je ověřit použití metod manažerského rozhodování pro vybrané manažerské problémy a tím nastínit cesty ke zefektivnění rozhodovacích procesů v dané tiskárenské společnosti. Práce se zaměřuje na dva konkrétní rozhodovací problémy tiskárenského podniku. Prvním je výběr z daných nabídek tiskárenského zařízení a druhým určení počtu pracovníků, kteří by měli během jedné směny pracovat ve výrobě podniku. V práci jsou na tyto problémy aplikovány vybrané metody pro stanovení vah kritérií a také metody vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant. The goal of this Bachelor's Thesis is to verify the application of managerial decision-making methods for selected managerial problems and thereby indicate ways to improve the efficiency of decision-making processes in a given printing company. The Thesis focuses on two specific decision-making problems. The first one is selecting from a list of offers of a printing machine and the second one is determining the amount of workers who should work in production during one shift. Selected methods for determining criteria weights and for multiple-criteria evaluation are applied to these problems in the Thesis.
