[cze][eng] Tato práce se zabývá problematikou migrace kvalifikované pracovní síly. Za cíl si klade zmapovat současnou migrační situaci kvalifikované pracovní síly a následně zmapovat pohyb asijských kvalifikovaných pracovníků. První kapitola vysvětluje termíny spojené s migrací a skrze migrační teorie rozebírá z teoretického hlediska příčiny migrace kvalifikované pracovní síly. Druhá kapitola zkoumá mezinárodní migrační proudy a jejich dlouhodobý vývoj. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na migraci asijských kvalifikovaných pracovníků do zemí OECD a Asie., k čemuž je vytvořeno migrační schéma. V poslední kapitole je také zkoumán trend brain circulation a ekonomické dopady migrace kvalifikovaných pracovníků na asijské ekonomiky.This thesis is focused on migration of highly skilled workforce. The aim of this work to show current migration flows of highly skilled workers and particularly flows of highly skilled Asian migrants. First chapter explains migration terms and examines highly skilled migration causes through migration theories. Second chapter studies international migration flows and their long-term development. Last chapter is focused on migration flows of highly skilled Asians to OECD countries and within Asia. For this purpose migration scheme was created on the basis of statistical data. The last chapter also examines brain circulation and economic impacts of high-skilled workers on asian economies.
