Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem konfliktů v organizaci a způsoby jejich řešení. Cílem práce je znázornit jak pozitivně nebo negativně mohou působit konflikty na pracovní atmosféru a kvalitu práce. Zároveň jsou uvedeny a popsány různé praktické nástroje a metody, které mohou přispět k vyššímu výkonu a úspěchu firmy. První část práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky o konfliktech a o formách práci s nimi. Praktická část bakalářské práce navazuje na vypracovanou teoretickou část a je založena na výzkumu pomoci dotazníkového šetření a nestrukturovaného rozhovoru, jehož cílem je zjistit, nakolik konfliktní je situace v podniku a jakým způsobem bývají tyto konflikty vyřešeny. Po následující interpretaci výsledků průzkumu jsou formulovány vhodné návrhy a doporučení. This bachelor thesis is about conflicts in organization and ways to their solution. The main aim of this thesis is to emphasize their both, positive and negative effects on working atmosphere and the quality of work. Furthermore, as one of the ways to improve organization's efficiency and success, different practical instruments and methods are described. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical knowledge about conflicts and methods to work with them. Practical part follows everything said in the theoretical one and is based on research done by the form of questionnaires and unstructured interviews with an aim to gather information about the existence of conflicts in organization as well as about different ways that are being used to solve them. Suitable ideas for improvement and other recommendations are given after the interpretation of results of the research.
