Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá energetickou politikou Evropské unie a jejím vztahem k Ruské federaci. Jejím hlavním cílem je zkoumání, zda je EU schopna jednotného přístupu při tvorbě vnější energetické politiky, především pak směrem k Ruské federaci. První kapitola se zaměřuje na současnou energetickou politiku EU, na realizaci její vnější energetické politiky a na její cíle do budoucna. Ve druhé kapitole se popisuje energetická závislost EU na Ruské federaci, jak teritoriálně, tak podle jednotlivých členských států. Dále se také zabývá právním rámcem vztahů EU a Ruské federace, problémy v těchto vztazích a také popisuje možnosti snížení energetické závislosti EU na Ruské federaci. V poslední kapitole jsou popsány současné projekty vedoucí ke snížení energetické závislosti EU na Ruské federaci a tato kapitola také řeší schopnost realizace těchto projektů. This bachelor thesis deals with energy policy of the EU and its realations with Russian Federation. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to determine if EU is capable of integrated approach in formation of its energy policy. The first chapter describes current energy policy of the EU and focuses on implementation of its external energy policy and on its targets in this policy. The second chapter describes energy dependency on Russian Federation in the regional and national point of view. It also focuses on legal framework and problems between EU and Russia. The second chapter outlines possible ways of reduction of energy dependency on Russian Federation. The last chapter describes current projects, that schould diversify supplying countries and transportation routes.
