Tématem, které jsem si zvolil ke zpracování ve své bakalářské práci, je "Současné postavení Škoda Auto a.s. na automobilovém trhu". Automobilový průmysl dnes patří ke světově nejvýznamnějším odvětvím, své pevné místo má i v historii České republiky. Z dnešního pohledu je pro hospodářství ČR nejdůležitější automobilkou Škoda Auto a.s. Tento tradiční český podnik, jehož počátky se datují do daleké historie, je dnes nejvýznamějším českým exportérem. Cílem práce je čtenáři přiblížit současné dění na automobilovém poli a také pozici Škoda Auto z pohledu prodejních čísel a podílu na trhu. Dále také zda lze předpokládat rozvoj dané společnosti v následujících letech a kudy se tento případný rozvoj bude ubírat. The subject I've chosen to work out in my bachelor thesis is "Current position of the company Škoda Auto a.s. on the automobile market". At present, the automobile industry ranks as one of the most important economic sectors and it assures a proper place in czech history as well. From today's point of view, the most significant czech car manufacturer is Škoda Auto a.s. This traditional enterprise, whose beginnings date back to the history of 19th century, is currently the biggest czech exporter. Thus, the objective of this thesis is to make the reader aware of the current events on the automobile market as well as the current position of Škoda Auto a.s. in terms of sales figures and market share. I also aim to clarify whether or not we can expect future growth of this company and how the eventual growth can be achieved.
