Práce pojednává o biopotravinách a způsobech, jakými jsou vnímány s ohledem na věk spotřebitele. Teoretická část práce se dělí do tří kapitol - první z nich se věnuje ekologickému zemědělství, jeho vývoji v Evropě a v České republice i současné situaci. Stručně popisuje kontrolní systém a legislativu v ČR. Druhá kapitola pojednává o českém spotřebiteli biopotravin, třetí kapitola je věnována metodologii výzkumu. Čtvrtá kapitola analyzuje data získaná dotazníkovým šetřením a polostrukturovanými rozhovory. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak se liší vnímání biopotravin respondenty různých věkových kategorií. The thesis deals with organic food products and its perception among cunsumers of different age. The main goal of the thesis is to prove that consumers of different age percieve organic food differently. First chapter describes principles of organic farming, its development in Europe and in Czech Republic, current situation of organic farming in the Czech Republic and legislation. Second chapter deals with typical czech consumer and the third one desribes methodology of research, that has been done. Fourth chapter analyses results of the research.
