Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na mezinárodní obchod kávy a čaje, na problematiku Fair Trade a jeho významu ve světové ekonomice. Cílem práce je zachytit toky mezinárodního obchodu, postavení producentských států na trhu kávy a čaje a jejich významnou úlohu v obchodě. V první nejdůležitější kapitole je zanalyzován obchod kávy a čaje pomocí zhodnocení vývozu, dovozu, spotřeby a světových cen zmíněných komodit. Druhá část je zaměřena na Fair Trade, jeho principy a významnost pro producentské země. Tato část je věnována také podpoře a významu Fair Trade v České republice. Třetí část práce obsahuje dotazník, který je zaměřen na postavení kávy a čaje na trhu České republiky. Finální část tvoří rozhovor s Petrou Veselou, autorkou Knihy o kávě. This bachelor thesis is focused on the international trade in coffee and tea and the importance of Fair Trade in the world economy. The aim of this thesis is to describe the main flows of the international coffee and tea trade and introduce the major producers and its position on the world market. In the first and the most important chapter, the trade in coffee and tea is analysed in the global scale using analyses of export, import, consumption and price of these commodities. The second part is focused on Fair Trade, its basic principles and the significance of Fair Trade for producing countries. In this part I also concentrate on the support of Fair Trade in the Czech Republic. The third section contains a questionnaire which describes the importance of coffee and tea on the Czech market. The final chapter is dedicated to the interview with Petra Veselá, Coffee Book author.
