Práce se zabývá státními agenturami CzechTrade a CzechInvest v souvislosti s jejich plánovaným spojením. Cílem je podat ucelený obraz o činnosti obou institucí, jejich přínosu pro českou ekonomiku a také o systému, ve kterém pracují, aby bylo možno odpovědět na kladenou otázku, zda by měly být tyto dvě instituce sloučeny. V neposlední řadě práce obsahuje názory politiků, ekonomů a dalších zainteresovaných osob na plánovaném sloučení, které by měly pomoci dosáhnout stanoveného cíle. This bachelor thesis concerns the state agencies CzechTrade and CzechInvest in connection with their planned merger. The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive image of activities with regard to both agencies, their contribution to the Czech economy and also describe the system in which they operate in order to be possible to answer the asked question whether these two agencies should be merged. Last but not least, the thesis contains some opinions of politicians, economists and other persons involved in planning the merger, which should help to achieve the given goal.
