Práce se zabývá analýzou dopadů offshoringu na firemní procesy se zaměřením na logistiku. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definování pojmu, historii, nejvýznamnější offshoringové destinace a následně na popis jak pozitivních tak negativních vlivů offshoringu na procesy uvnitř i vně firmy a na logistické souvislosti. V praktické části je na příkladu konkrétní firmy demonstrováno rozhodování o různých variantách umístění výroby a dopadech jednotlivých variant na logistické procesy uvnitř firmy. Thesis is about various implications that can be seen in business processes. It defines the term, describes history, the most important offshoring destinations and positive, as well as negative influences that offshoring has on firms. Practical part demonstrates decisions which firm has to make when it considers various locations of manufacturing.
