[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou základních částí - teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsem definovala pojmy dobrovolnictví a dobrovolník, resilience a pozitivní vývoj mládeže, mentoring a program Pět P. V části týkající se programu Pět P jsem tento program charakterizovala, zaměřila se na jeho historii, cíle, principy a přínosy a v neposlední řadě i na organizační strukturu. Poté jsem se věnovala ústavní péči, dětským domovům obecně a v poslední kapitole jsem popsala dětské domovy na Českobudějovicku. Cílem práce bylo zjistit možnosti implementace programu Pět P do dětských domovů na Českobudějovicku. Byly stanoveny dvě dílčí výzkumné otázky a to: 1) Mají pracovníci dětských domovů na Českobudějovicku informace o programu Pět P? 2) Mají klienti dětských domovů zájem o zapojení do programu Pět P? V praktické části byla zvolena kvalitativní výzkumná strategie, metoda dotazování, technika polořízeného rozhovoru s otevřenými otázkami. Výzkum byl realizován v průběhu měsíců března a dubna, rozhovory se uskutečnily v kancelářích dětských domovů a ve společenských místnostech. Výzkum je rozdělen na dvě části. První část výzkumu je zaměřena na rozhovory s 5 pracovníky dětských domovů, ve druhé části výzkumu jsem se zaměřila na 10 klientů dětských domovů. Vzhledem k odlišnosti typu dětských domovů na Českobudějovicku a ke složení jejich klientů jsem výzkum dále rozdělila na jednotlivé dětské domovy. V dětském domově se školou se sídlem v Šindlových Dvorech jsem zorganizovala rozhovor se dvěma pracovníky a pěti dětmi. V dětském domově v Boršově nad Vltavou byl výběrový soubor tvořen třemi pracovníky a pěti dětmi. Pracovníci byli vybráni náhodně, rozhovor s klienty jsem uskutečnila na základě doporučení pracovníků. Při rozhovorech jsem si odpovědi respondentů zaznamenávala do předem připravené předlohy k rozhovoru. Při zpracování odpovědí účastníků výzkumu byly popsány shody a rozdíly v odpovědích na jednotlivé otázky. Před samotnou návštěvou předmětných dětských domovů na Českobudějovicku jsem z důvodu monitoringu zapojení dětských domovů do programu Pět P v jiných regionech provedla pilotní studii. V rámci této studie jsem ve spolupráci s členkou Asociace Pět P ČR rozeslala dotazníky 22 členům Asociace. Z dotazníků vyplynulo, že 5 organizací s dětskými domovy popř. obdobnými zařízeními (např. Klokánek) spolupracuje, 3 organizace nespolupracují přímo s dětským domovem, ale spolupracují s pěstounskými rodinami nebo s azylovými domy. Další 4 organizace s obdobnými zařízeními nespolupracují, ale o spolupráci zájem mají, nebo popřípadě měly, ale dětský domov spolupráci odmítl. V rámci výzkumných otázek vyplynulo, že informovanost o programu Pěti P je vysoká, všichni dotazovaní pracovníci věděli, co je program Pět P a považovali ho za přínosný. Výzkum ukázal, že klienti dětských domovů mají zájem o zapojení do programu Pět P. Z výzkumu dále vyplývá, že momentálně nejsou podmínky pro implementaci programu Pět P do dětských domovů na Českobudějovicku. Pro zavedení je potřeba další spolupráce, vyjasnění podmínek a hlavně ochota pracovníků a vedení dětských domovů spolupracovat s koordinátorem programu Pět P. Práce bude poskytnuta jak programu Pět P v Českých Budějovicích a Asociaci Pět P v České republice, tak i dětským domovům na Českobudějovicku. Pro dětské domovy by mohla být přínosná i teoretická část, kde popisuji program Pět P. Byla bych ráda, kdyby má práce přispěla k všeobecné informovanosti o dobrovolnictví a o programu Pět P a vedla k jeho rozšíření.The thesis consists of two parts; the theoretical and the practical. In the theoretical part, I defined the concept of volunteering and volunteer, basic psychological needs of a child, resilience and positive youth development, mentoring. The largest part is devoted to the Pět P Program concept, where I characterized this program, focused on the history, objectives, principles and benefits and not least, the organizational structure. Then I focused on institutional care, children's homes generally and in the last chapter, I describe children's homes in the area of Czech Budweiser. The aim of this work was to determine the possibility of implementing the Pět P Program to children´s homes in the area of České Budějovice. There were two sub-questions dealt with, namely: 1) Are the employees of the DDs in the area informed about the Pět P Program program? 2) Do the children home´s client have interest in participation in the Pět P Program? In the practical part; a qualitative research strategy, questioning method, technique semi-controlled interview with open questions were chosen. The research was conducted during the months of March and April of 2013 the interviews were held in the offices of the children home´s and in public areas. The research is divided into two parts. The first part of the research is focused on interviews with five employees of the children home´s. In the second part of the research I focus on the 10 clients of children home´s. Due to the different type children's homes in the České Budějovice area and due the composition of their clients, the research was further divided into individual children home´s. In the children's home with a school, based Šindlovy Dvory, I organized an interview with two employees and five children. In the children's home in Boršov nad Vltavou I interviewed three employees and five children. A pilot study had been conducted before I visited the in the work mentioned children´s houses in the Ceske Budejovice area. The research questions showed that awareness of the Pět P Program is high, all the interviewed employees knew the Pět P Program and regarded it as beneficial. The research has shown that clients orphanages are interested in participating in the ?Pět P? Program. The research also shows that at the moment, there are no suitable conditions for the implementation of the Pět P Program to childern´s houses in the České Budějovice area. For the implementation several preconditions are needed; e.g. further cooperation, clarification of the conditions and the willingness of staff and management of children's homes to work with the program coordinator of the Pět P Program. This work will be provided to both the Pět P Program, as well as the children homes in the České Budějovice area. The theoretical part, where I describe the Pět P Program, could also be beneficial for the children´s houses. The useful contacts regarding the Five P program are in the annex 5. I'd be happy if my work has contributed to the general awareness about volunteering and about the Pět P Program and led to its expansion. The expected benefit to practice is an extension the Pět P Program to childern´s houses in the České Budějovice area.
