Abstrakt: The aim of this thesis is to create a collection of the most commonly used types of theatre contracts and of their practical applications in theatre practice. The opening passage informs the reader about legal forms applicable for theatre activities. The main part of the work analyses legal conditions related to those contract types that are most commonly applied in theatre. The final part treats the application of contract types in theatre practice. So this part refers to concrete theatre professions and the contracts types concludable with them by the theatre. The following bachelor's thesis could become a helpful students' aid at the Department of Arts management at the Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague ? both for study purposes and realization of new theatre projects.
